Chris Copenhagen points out that all prices include VAT and are settled in DKK (Danish Kroner). There may also be general price changes, as sales of watches is seasonal and some models are omitted over time. Chris Copenhagen reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.
Subject to pricing errors, item availability and more
Although Chris Copenhagen has all the goods physically in stock, unfortunately errors can happen during the process of updating / in the warehouse, where Chris Copenhagen can not obtain the desired product and thus may announce, that it is sold out. Also, there may be sold more than a product of the same kind on the same day, which means we then have sold out. Chris Copenhagen must therefore take subject to availability. In such cases, NO money will be deducted from the customer's account because Chris Copenhagen first draw the money the moment it is shipped and trade thereby is implemented in accordance to legislation. You will receive a shipment confirmation via email when this happens.
Chris Copenhagen take reservations for key- and typing errors on the webpage, which can give an incorrect price on a product. Chris Copenhagen reserves the right to cancel an order.

Remember that if you pay with one of the well-known debit cards like DANKORT, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, JCB and AMERICAN EXPRESS, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to refuse a payment when you receive your payment history or bank statement. You have no coinsurance in the event that your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system, which Chris Copenhagen also do. Therefore, you are better protected than in the physical stores where you have a coinsurance of just 1200 DKK when your credit card is abused by using your PIN.
The data you send in connection with purchases paid with a credit card is encrypted (SSL) and it is only NETS (PBS / NETS) who can read them. Neither Chris Copenhagen or others have the opportunity to read this data. The payment of the goods is withdrawn only when the goods are sent from Chris Copenhagen. There can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved during the purchase, again for consumer safety.

You can see the delivery times by each product and it can be different depending on whether it is in stock or not in stock. The delivery time is an estimate (not a guarantee) but are met under normal circumstances. In case of various festivals, including in particular Christmas, there may be some waiting time regarding getting the packets to you. In these times we ask the customer for extra patience because the package will be on the way with the freight company. Should the unthinkable happen that the package does not arrive sooner or later, Chris Copenhagen will, based on the individual situation, make an inquiry. If this inquiry does not bear fruit, Chris Copenhagen will resend the goods, but only after confirmation from the Post company we use is received. A process that unfortunately can take up to 3 months to get settled.
Chris Copenhagen may also not be held responsible for that a package has not reached the recipient before a specific day including birthdays, weddings, Christmas and other special days where a particular gift is to be given. Please make sure you order well in advance.
If you regret your purchase (Cancellation)
At Chris Copenhagen you have 90 days of full refund and your money back if requested! On holidays such as Christmas however, the exchange period can be extended, which will be stated elsewhere on the page, typically at the top.
You have 90 days right to withdrawal when you shop at ChrisCopenhagen.com. This right starts from the day you received the goods.
Packaging and item condition when you send it back
The cancellation right can only be exercised if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal lapses therefore, if you use the product in a way which obviously reduces the sale value significantly. Furthermore, a bracelet must not be shortened.

You will obviously get the full amount you paid us back.
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid us back. The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with or in your bank account once we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for withdrawal. Thereafter, we will conduct a resettlement as soon as possible (typically within one week).
The only cost you have when you change your mind, is the delivery charges to send it back to us.
What should I send back?
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation you received via mail. It is not a requirement, but the expedition goes faster.
Please note: We do not receive packages sent by C.O.D.
If something goes wrong with the item (Warranty)
When you shop at www.ChrisCopenhagen.com you have 36-month warranty. This means, that you either get the product repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
How soon should I complain?
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable freight costs
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. We therefore ask you ALWAYS to contact us in advance because we will then be able to submit a package label in advance so costs are kept down to a reasonable level. If you just send back without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to reimburse the shipping from Post Denmark or other shipping companies.

In addition to the warranty, Chris Copenhagen also provides a guarantee of three years compared to other brands classic 2 year guarantee. Remember that the warranty on Chris Copenhagen watches do not cover the battery, leather strap, metal bracelet, crown or glass, as these can become worn or damaged during normal use of the watch. Also remember that your warranty waives if for example a reparation is done by an unauthorized repair shop.
